Who this is for
This tutorial is for coaches and team managers using the admin portal.
Before you start
Your club administrator must allocate your account to the correct team. You should be able to see the team in your mobile app.
Getting started
- Open the site in your browser.
- Sign in with your account.
- You should see a menu item named
CMSin the top right corner of the screen. Click it to enter the admin portal.
If you have multiple roles, for example, if you coach several teams, you will see a dropdown menu in the top left corner of the screen. Click it to switch between roles.
Features available in the admin portal
We recommend using the mobile app for most tasks because it has more features than the admin portal.
The advantage of the admin portal is that it supports larger screens and provides more space to display information.
The admin portal for the coach and team manager supports the following features:
- View and manage your team
- View fixtures and manage the match sheets
- View referee and appointment information
- View and manage player and team information
Common problems
If you cannot see the CMS menu item, ask your club administrator to confirm your role settings.
