Learn the main club administration areas and the features available in the admin portal.
Who this is for
This tutorial is for club administrators using the admin portal.
What is the admin portal (CMS)
The admin portal (CMS) is a web-based application that allows association administrators, club administrators, referees, team managers, and coaches to manage related resources, such as clubs, players, teams, registrations, venues, fields, age groups, competitions, fixtures, referees, and appointments.
CMS stands for Competition Management System.
How to enter the admin portal
You can access the admin portal from the CMS menu item in the top right corner of the browser window when browsing the site. If you cannot see the CMS menu item, please contact your association to check your role settings.
Features available in the admin portal
The features available to you depend on the roles granted to your account. If you are a club administrator, you have access to the features prepared for club administrators.
For the club administrators, the features available are as follows:
- View and manage your club information
- View and manage your teams, players, team managers, and coaches
- View and manage your club's invoices, when applicable
- View referee appointments for your club's games
- View and manage your club's fixtures, match sheets and results
- View and manage your club's team applications, when applicable
- View and manage your club's registration data, when applicable
- View your club's offences and disciplinary records, when applicable
- Send announcements to your club members
Use the built-in help manual
The built-in help manual is another way to get the information you need and answer your questions. It is more specific and direct than the tutorials, and it helps you and your team learn and use the software quickly and effectively.
You can view the built-in help manual by clicking the question mark icon in the top right corner of any page in the admin portal. The help content changes automatically based on the page you are viewing.
You can also see a lot of question mark icons throughout the software. Clicking or moving the mouse over them will display a tooltip with a description of the feature.
