Learn how to manage registrations with the software.
Who this is for
This tutorial is for club administrators who manage registrations with the software.
What is a registration?
A registration is a request from a player, coach, team manager, or another person to join a club.
Registration here does not mean creating a new account in the software.
The registration process works like online shopping. Users select the products they want to buy, add them to the cart, and then proceed to checkout to complete the purchase.
Prepare for the registration
As a club administrator, you need to prepare for registration by creating the products you want to sell.
You can create the products by clicking the "Products" button on the top left corner of the screen.
When you create a product, you can create a questionnaire for users to answer. The questionnaire works like a form that users must complete before finishing registration.
The questionnaire is optional. You can create it or not.
Vouchers
You can also create vouchers for the products. The vouchers are like a discount code that the users can use to get a discount on the products.
Vouchers are optional.
Payment methods
You can also set payment methods for products. Payment methods define how users can pay.
For online payment, you need to set up a Stripe account. Refer to the Setting up Stripe tutorial for more details.
In Stripe, you should set up daily transfers to your bank account.
Timely reconciliation of the payments
You need to reconcile payments against registration data and daily reports from Stripe. The software will not automatically reconcile payments.
Manage the registrations
After a registration is submitted, you can review it and approve or reject it. Timely review and approval are crucial for maintaining a smooth registration process.
You will receive a notification email when a new registration is submitted.
The registrant will also receive a notification email when the registration is approved or rejected.
