Common concerns and our answers

1. What if the software is down? The software is hosted in the AWS Sydney region, which is known for reliable infrastructure. It is very unlikely that the software will be unavailable. Historically, the software has never been down for more than 30 minutes. MyCompApp is not a shared SaaS platform; the version for your association is deployed independently, which improves reliability.

2. What about the security of the software? MyCompApp is built with secure and reliable technologies. We work to keep the software up to date and secure. We have not experienced any data breach or security breach incidents.

3. What about the data privacy and security of the software? The database for your association is also independent and not shared with other associations. Key sensitive data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

4. What if my organization has unique requirements that are not supported by the software? We are happy to customise the software to meet your requirements. MyCompApp's architecture allows us to support association-specific needs efficiently.
