Learn how to manage venues and fields with the software.
Who this is for
This tutorial is for association administrators who manage venues and fields with the software.
What is a venue
A venue is a location where games are played. It can be an oval, stadium, park, or similar location.
A venue can have multiple fields. It belongs to a club and can be borrowed by other clubs.
For the club that owns the venue, home games will be scheduled on the fields at that venue.
A venue has an address. The software uses this address for navigation and display on the public website.
What is a field
A field is the specific playing area where a game is played. A field always belongs to a venue.
Fields use the address of the venue.
Setting up venues and fields
Before the competition starts and fixtures can be scheduled, you need to set up venues and fields.
