This tutorial guides association administrators on how to contact MyCompApp for support.
The support channels
We understand that you may have questions or issues while using the software. We are always ready to help and aim to respond quickly and effectively.
There are several ways to get support from us.

Phone number: you will receive a phone number when you sign up. You are welcome to call us whenever required.

Email: for non-urgent issues, you can send an email to us at support@mycompapp.com.

Ticket system: every customer has a dedicated ticket system for tracking issues and progress.

WhatsApp group: we have a WhatsApp group for the association users. You will be invited to the group by the support team after you sign up.

Report an issuebutton on the top right corner of the admin portal.
