This tutorial is for anyone who cannot change their name, photo, or date of birth in their account.

Why can't I make changes?

This is not a bug — it's by design. Your association may have policies in place that restrict users from editing their name, photo, or date of birth directly. These restrictions are set by the association, not by the app.

How to resolve this

Contact your association directly to request the change. If you only need to update your photo, your club may also be able to help.

Exceptions

• Some associations may allow changes to your name, photo, or date of birth before the competition season begins. Others may permit photo changes only, while keeping name and date of birth locked.
