Who this is for

This tutorial is for anyone who cannot see fixtures in the mobile app.

Possible reasons why you cannot see your fixtures

• The fixtures have not been published yet. The association may publish one or a few rounds at a time. If the fixtures have not been published yet, you will not see them in the website portal or the mobile app.

• You have not added the team you are interested in to your favourites. You do not need to favourite your own team.

• You have not been allocated to your team yet, or the allocation is not public yet.

• You don't automatically see fixtures for your children's teams. You need to manually add those teams to your favourites, even if their accounts are linked to yours.

• If it is the middle of the season, the association may be regrading teams and the fixtures may not have been published yet.
