Install the app

We support both Android and iOS devices. Install the app from the official app store for your device. You can find the download links on the homepage of the site, or search for the app name provided by your club or association.

App updates

The app is updated regularly to fix bugs and add new features. When an update is available, you will see a reminder to update the app. We recommend always updating to the latest version so you receive the latest features and bug fixes.

App notifications

There are three types of notifications. Two of them are related to the mobile app:

• Push notifications: These notifications are sent to your device. You will receive a notice even when your phone is locked. You can turn off push notifications in your phone's app settings.

• In-app notifications: These notifications are loaded from the server when you open the app. The dashboard screen shows a message bar with the number of unread notifications. You cannot turn off in-app notifications. We only keep notifications from the last 15 days.

• The third notification type is email.
