Possible reasons why you cannot see your teams

You are not signed in. You need to sign in so that the app knows which account you are using.

Your team allocation is not public yet. The association has a setting that controls when team allocations become public. If team allocations are not public yet, you will not see the team information in the mobile app.

In the mobile app, you have switched to a linked account.

You don't automatically see your children's teams. You need to manually add those teams to your favourites, even if their accounts are linked to yours.
It takes time for the club or association to allocate you to your team. If you are sure your registration has been approved and team allocation is complete, for example, someone you know can see their team in the mobile app but you cannot, please contact your club or association for help.
